In 2006, our co-founders Chad and Eleanor Laurans fundamentally changed the home security industry by introducing advanced, affordable and accessible home security solutions designed to make every home secure.

Fast forward to today – we protect more than four million people throughout the United States and United Kingdom, and our protection goes beyond burglary. We offer innovative, whole-home security solutions to our customers against everything from intruders to fires, water damage and more. Our products are designed to disappear into your home while blanketing it with protection.

We’re constantly innovating our products and services to provide our customers with next-level protection. From HD cameras and advanced sensors to our intruder intervention and SimpliSafe® Active Guard Outdoor Protection features, we’re transforming home security from a reactive to a proactive service, stopping intruders in their tracks and enhancing our customers’ safety like never before.

We’re also a growing company with a team of 1,000+ led by our CEO Christian Cerda and work across several locations, including our headquarters and research & development facility in Boston, our monitoring and customer support centers in Richmond, VA, and our UK operations in Manchester, England.
